Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal for secure checkout with Buyer Protection, and credit/debit/prepaid cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners) through Alpha Bank’s encrypted gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

On supported devices and browsers, you can also pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay for a fast, tokenized checkout.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Yes. All prices on our website include 17% VAT.

What are the shipping options and costs?

We ship worldwide. Within Greece, we offer Geniki Taxydromiki (1–2 business days, 5 €) and Postal Service (4–5 business days, 3 €). Cash on Delivery adds 2 €. Delivery times to remote areas may vary.

For international orders, we ship via Postal Service (estimated 7–8 business days, 10 €). Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves our store. Rates and timelines are confirmed at checkout based on your address.

Can I return or exchange a product?

within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return or exchange, then ship the item back within 3 calendar days of approval. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Include your receipt for processing.

For Greece, return and exchange handling via our preferred courier costs 2 € each way; you may use your own courier at your expense. For EU countries outside Greece, you cover the return postage; exchange shipping is charged at our standard rates. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, contact us with your order number—we’ll cover return costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional but helpful if you want faster checkout, access to past orders, saved addresses, and the ability to manage wishlist and preferences.

Subscribers and account holders may also receive special offers and discount coupons from time to time.

How do I use a discount coupon?

Enter your coupon code in the Coupon field in your Cart or during Checkout, then click Apply. The discount will appear in your order summary before payment.

Coupons may have conditions (expiry date, minimum spend, or excluded items). If a code doesn’t apply, double-check the terms or contact us for assistance.

How safe are my payments and personal data?

All payments are processed through verified providers (Alpha Bank, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay) using SSL encryption. We do not store card details on our servers. Digital wallets use tokenization so your card number is never shared with us.
