1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The website www.2thelittlestore.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website” or “the E-shop”) is an online store for the display and sale of products and services via the Internet.

By accessing or using the Website, the visitor/user/customer agrees to be bound by the present Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Any visitor, user or customer who accesses, browses or places an order through the Website is deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms.
If the user does not agree with any part of the Terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

3. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The E-shop reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes shall be effective from the date they are published on the Website.

4. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
The E-shop makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate.
Product availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. In case of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed promptly and any payment made will be refunded.

5. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
Orders placed through the Website constitute an offer to purchase products.
The sales contract is considered concluded only upon written confirmation of the order by the E-shop via email.

6. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
The E-shop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Confirmed orders are not affected.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
The E-shop is not liable for delays due to force majeure, customs procedures, carrier delays or incorrect customer information.

8. TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
9.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the E-shop by email at [email protected] within the withdrawal period.

9.2 Exchange Policy
First exchange – Free return
The first exchange of a product is free of charge.
The customer must contact the E-shop by email at [email protected] requesting an exchange.
The E-shop will provide a free return shipping label.
The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Second exchange and onwards
From the second exchange onwards, return shipping costs are borne by the customer as follows:
€15 for returns within Europe
€20 for international returns (outside Europe)
These costs will either be deducted from the refund amount or paid prior to dispatch of the replacement product.

9.3 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Products must be returned in excellent condition, without signs of use or damage.
The E-shop reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with these conditions.
Products that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted.


9.4 Refunds

In case of withdrawal (not exchange), refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the customer for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs related to refunds are borne by the customer. The applicable return shipping fees are determined according to the Return Policy available on the Website. These costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

The E-shop reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received and inspected and confirmed to comply with the return conditions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The E-shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or transactions conducted through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
The E-shop is not responsible for technical issues, data loss or unauthorized third-party interventions beyond its reasonable control.

11. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users agree not to:
use the Website for unlawful purposes,
transmit offensive or misleading content,
infringe intellectual property rights,
introduce viruses or malicious software,
misuse personal data of other users.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of the Website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of 2theLittleStore or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and all transactions conducted through the Website are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
